Key Repeat Rate:
If you want to send units more quickly, you can increase your keyboard repeat rate as well as decrease the repeat delay. (see image)
To do this in Windows, go to the Control Panel, then to Keyboard Properties. (see image)

Macros:
Key macros enable a player to program several keystrokes into a single keystroke thereby saving precious seconds. Several units, but not all, respond well to macros.
If you do not use key macros, you might consider doing so. There are a number of software based macros you can download from the Internet; however, we recommend a gaming keyboard. Mechanical keyboards such as the Logitech G910, the Razer Black Widow, or the Corsair K95 are among the best.
